General Questions
How can I get a quote?–+
Contact us via email or give us a call to receive a free customized quote based on your unique needs. We provide tailored quotes for both commercial and residential properties.
Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?–+
You can get a quote and book your cleaning online by emailing photos and a description of the services desired. Some services do require in-person consultations, however, they are not required for all quotes. We never want to be pushy salespeople and understand sometimes people are more comfortable with in-person quoting.
What if I’m not happy with my cleaning?–+
Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation.
Scheduling Questions
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?–+
We don’t guarantee same-day bookings.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?–+
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, just let us know how to access your property prior to your appointment.
DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?–+
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. We always provide a half-hour to one-hour window for arrival.
WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?–+
You are not charged until the time services are rendered unless a deposit is required. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually at your home working or a flat rate depending on the type of services.

You can view our service list here. You can also request add-on services prior to your appointment.
DO YOU PROVIDE THE SUPPLIES?–+
Cleaning supplies are included in all our cleaning services. This ensures your cleaner uses high-grade products that are safe for each specific area and finishing. We also offer plant-based products.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?–+
We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services here.
HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?–+
Only one provider is sent to your home. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same provider going forward.
ARE CLEANING COMPANY CLEANERS SCREENED?–+
Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a state and federal background check, drug screening, reference checks, and in-person interviews. We also require significant professional cleaning experience and provide rigorous training.
